Trinity Sheriffs’ Event brings out new information

Radio shows, Sheriffs, Support Rural America, TEA Party

By Liz Bowen

The Support Rural America Sheriffs’ Event held May 19, 2011 in Weaverville, CA. brought in a new sheriff and great Constitutional a lawful information from New Mexico’s Otero County Chairman of Commissioners Ronny Rardin.

Herk Shriner from the Trinity County Patriots served as MC and Trinity County Sheriff Bruce Haney hosted the event and Sheriffs’ Panel introducing Tehama Co. Sheriff Dave Hencratt, Modoc Co. Sheriff Mike Poindexter, Del Norte Co. Sheriff Dean Wilson and Siskiyou Co. Sheriff Jon Lopey.

The new sheriff on the block, Mendocino Co. Sheriff Tom Allman explained his frustrations with the U.S. Forest Service’s management of the forest and Travel Management Plan for decommissioning roads.

Siskiyou Sheriff Lopey explained how farmers and ranchers are being hammered by demands from a variety of state and federal agencies over legally utilized irrigation water rights.

Otero County Commissioner, Ronny Rardin, shared how his county went in and cut down an acre of National Forest under the public safety mandate. County Supervisors, the County Sheriff and U.S. Congressman helped cut down the trees. No one was arrested, although the USFS officials had claimed such, including a swat team of 50 officers would be waiting. But a deal was conducted between the county and USFS. So Reardin explained it can and should be done — and how to do it.

Learn more on Sunday morning as Commissioner Ronny Rardin will be on the Redding Tea Party Patriot’s radio show — LIVE — from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. May 20, 2012.

Siskiyou County Under Siege Part 3

“The Cast of Characters”

In Part One of the series, Siskiyou County under siege we have discovered the Black Bear Commune is the starting place for a great many of the People who now wish to destroy rural Siskiyou County. Many of these people either have criminal backgrounds or have ties to criminals. Many have ties or involvement with radical environmental terrorist groups.

Leaf Hillman of the Karuk Tribe’s Department of Natural Resources, is the President of the Klamath River keepers Leaf has a violent criminal history as well as drug arrests. The Klamath River Keepers is a sub group of the Water Keepers Alliance. The Water keepers Alliance states in its bylaws that all subgroups must have the highest Moral Character and transparent operations.

KSYC news has made repeated calls to the Water Keepers Alliance in New York to investigate misdeeds by the River Keepers. So far none of our phone calls have been returned.

S Craig Tucker, is the secretary of the Klamath River keepers, S Craig Tucker is a Green Corp trained community activist. Tucker calls himself the Klamath River Campaign Coordinator for the Karuk Tribe.

Tucker works for Hillman in the Karuk Department of Natural Resources. Tucker however, based upon the publicity speaks for and sets the environmental agenda for the tribe. It would appear that the Klamath River keepers is a front for the Karuk Tribe.

Treasurer of the River keepers Peter Brucker, is an original resident of the Black Bear Commune. Brucker is also President of the Salmon River Restoration Council, commonly known to local residents as the Salmon River Marijuana Growers Association.

Brucker’s daughter Allegra was born on the Black Bear and has had convictions for Drug Dealing and weapons. Allegra Terrance is a friend and associate of Siskiyou Daily News Reporter, John Bowman.

Toz Soto, Vice President of the Council is a fish biologist for the Karuk Tribe. Mr. Soto was born on the Black Bear Commune. Several other Members of the Board of the Salmon River Restoration Council are also former residents of the Black Bear Commune.

Diana Rose Colgrove Board member of the River keepers also represents a group called the Klamath Justice Coalition. This is also a front for the Karuk Tribe. According to a 2008 article, the Klamath Justice Coalition stopped some logging in the Klamath National forest. At the bottom of the article were contacts for people who wanted more information regarding the Klamath Justice Coalition.

The names were Leaf Hillman and S Craig Tucker.

The Klamath Justice Coalition has links to a radical environmental organization in Oakland California called the Ruckus Society. The Ruckus society trains environmental activists in what they call “direct action tactics”. The Klamath River keepers has links to other Environmental Terrorists groups.

We will continue to attempt to unravel the River keepers, the umbrella organizations like the Water Keepers Alliance, The Karuk Tribe’s connections to criminal organizations and radical environmental terrorist organizations.

KSYC news will also attempt to determine why the United States Government and the State of California panders to these criminals with an endless supply of grant money, and favored status at the “stakeholder” table whenever your property rights are in danger.

Stay tuned to KSYC 103.9 FM for,

“Siskiyou County under Siege”,

a continuing series.

Dr. Paul Houser

Ph.D Hydrometeorology

Professor of hydrology at George Mason University

How’s this for starters …

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Houser is an expert in local to global land surface-atmospheric remote sensing, in-situ observation and numerical simulation, development and application of hydrologic data assimilation methods, and global water and energy cycling. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees inHydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona in 1992 and 1996 respectively.

Don’t miss this show! Catch it live or later in the archive!

Paul Houser, an associate professor of hydrology at George Mason University, told the Record Searchlight newspaper he was fired by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation after questioning the positive spin U.S. Department of Interior officials were putting on scientific studies that supported dam removal.

Klamath KBRA scientist whistleblower letter to Siskiyou County Supervisors

Dear Supervisors Cook, Valenzuela, Kobseff, Bennett, and Armstrong,

I know you are concerned about the Klamath Secretarial determination process, so I wanted to bring to your attention to an allegation of scientific and scholarly misconduct and reprisal for a whistleblower disclosure I made concerning the biased summarization of key scientific conclusions for the Klamath River dam removal Secretarial determination process.

An example of this intentional biased (falsification) reporting of scientific results by the Department of the Interior is contained in the September 21, 2011 “Summary of Key Conclusions: Draft EIS/EIR and Related Scientific/Technical Reports”. There are many other examples of integrity issues outlined in the attached allegation.

I made this disclosure when I held the position of Science Advisor for the Bureau of Reclamation. Unfortunately, as a result of the disclosure, I have faced systematic reprisal and termination of my employment. I have opened a case with the Department of the Interior, Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and I plan to file the attached scientific integrity allegation. I also plan to appeal the termination of my position to the Office of Special Council (OSC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board
(MSPB).

I hope that this situation is of interest to you, and if so, I am hoping that you would be willing to advocate on my behalf and/or on behalf of good science-informed decision making in the Klamath Basin. I have been treated wrongly by the Department of the Interior, but m decisions about the Klamath dam removal process are being compromised by scientific integrity issues.

Best Regards, Paul

Dr. Paul R. Houser, Associate Professor | George Mason University

24 Hour Patriots website of great info

Radio shows, Support Rural America, TEA Party

24 Hour Patriots … we never sleep!

Lots of groups! Lots of ideas! Lots of action! ONE great website!

A message to all patriots of 24 Hour Patriots … we never sleep!

We all know people who are concerned about their private information being shared online.   In 2 1/2 years we’ve never had an issue with security yet some people probably haven’t joined our site because we required them to log in.  Our community is now just under 3,000 patriots.

Moving toward the elections it’s vital that we get information out to the public.  The easiest way to do that is by working together and sharing information on our website.  Take a moment to send a link to family, friends and co-workers so they can be as politically savvy as you are.  They will no longer need to log in to view the page you send them.  We are wide open to the public!

You might just want to send them 24HourPatriots.com and invite them to browse around.  The site will ask them to set up a login if they want to post but they can read all day long without being hassled.  Our security will remain in tact and nothing will change for current users except we’ll have more of them if you are motivated to get the word out.

Check out

WeThePeopleRadio.us

for some great programs if you haven’t heard the show before!  The link is on the navigation bar along with meeting videos and a bunch of other cool stuff.  We have new links and some awesome info under the “ISSUES” tab too.

Have you seen our sister site at

SupportRuralAmerica.com yet?

Lots about our Constitutional Sheriffs and Events that are now organized — free admission.

The chat room feature is greatly improved and right on the front page.  We’ve got a zillion videos topics from A – Z awaiting your comments.

There is something for everyone so tell a friend and let’s get people motivated to step up and make a difference in 2012.  Please let me know if you see anything on the site that needs attention during this experiment and with everyone’s help perhaps we can leave it open and become a great example of free speech ;-)

Thanks for your help!

Redding Tea Party – We the People radio show

Radio shows, TEA Party

We the People Radio recently had a great guest Dave Hodges who hosts the Common Sense Show in Arizona.

Well worth a listen!

“Some, who have heard my anger, have asked me if I favor a violent overthrow of the United States Government.
To that question, I answer in the negative. However, show me a way to be involved in the overthrow of the gangsters
who have hijacked my country’s government, I will be the first in line.”

She is neither Democrat nor Republican, since neither party is representative of the American people. She says what she thinks, means what she says, and is known for being outspoken. She is hopeful that the American public will wake up to what is happening to our beloved country…….little of it is left.

There are so many attacks on our freedom from our own government it is difficult to to focus on only a few.  The attacks we need to fear come not from “someone over there”, but rather, from someone sitting in an office in D.C.  Those who hold these offices have done what no terrorist could have…..

We encourage anyone with valid point of view to submit their comments, ideas and articles.
