AB 2179 Fish & Game bill IS LIKELY GOING TO BE DECIDED TODAY IN COMMITTEE!!!!!
It is now in the the Natural Resources and Water Committee. Please target your calls to the staff of the two Senators below. Flood the fax and phone lines. If it passes this committee, it is likely to pass the full senate and be signed by the Gov. Call and tell the staffers that you are strongly urging a NO vote on this bill. These senators represent urban areas. BE NICE, BE PERSUASIVE, BEG (if you can summon the composure) and let them know that you are aware that this will not affect their constituents directly. It will, however, be a crushing blow to those who live in rural areas like ours.
